AHAHAHAHA OH GOD.

So their first technical date was right after Percy’s birthday, when Percy had a birthday dinner with Sally and Paul back home. He invited Annabeth there so he could introduce her as his girlfriend and whatnot, even though Sally kind of expected them to one day be in a relationship because yes, guys, everyone can see it! But anyway, it was slightly awkward, but pleasant, and the food was, of course, blue.

But for their first actual date, I think it would be something casual in-between camp activities and demigod shenanigans. I can see them going to a nearby diner or burger place and walking around outside and holding hands afterward. And even though it’s supposed to be casual, Annabeth does her hair and Percy actually thinks about what he’s going to wear and they’re pretty big dorks.
